Casa Migliaca is situated near the northern coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers away from Cefalù. It is nestled between the Nebrodi Mountains and Madonie mountains. The house is perched on a hill, providing a stunning view of the East side of the river Tusa's valley, with the landscape stretching out over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Nebrodi woods. Originally built in the 17th century as an oil mill, Casa Migliaca has been transformed into a comfortable accommodation. Here, you will experience a warm and informal lifestyle. Dinner is enjoyed together around a large round table, which was once used to squeeze olives during the mill's operation. Breakfast is served in the morning without any time restrictions, and guests can help themselves in the ancient kitchen on the first floor. The house offers eight spacious rooms, with the ones on the first floor adorned with antique furniture, while the rooms on the ground level maintain the original features of the oil mill's service rooms. The presence of the silted jar, small palmento, and chestnut mezzanine serve as reminders of the building's previous functions. While the bathrooms are small yet functional, they maintain the integrity of the original architecture and dimensions. Surrounding the main building is a 12-hectare active farm that produces olive oil and citrus fruits.
