A mezzanine offers additional sleeping space with a sofa bed and a 140cm bed. The gite boasts 4 bathrooms, one of which is designed for accessibility.The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, a freezer, oven, hob, 3 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a connected TV and a Wi-Fi stereo system.
Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, and a swimming pool (10.50 x 5.50 meters) complete with deckchairs for relaxation. Adjacent to the pool is a plancha, barbecue, and sink, perfect for outdoor dining. For leisure activities, enjoy the petanque court, swing, and ping pong table.
Children can delight in feeding the chickens and observing the rabbits in the garden. The gite is located near Biron's castle, a site where the show "Les Traîtres" was filmed last year for M6, along with the France 2 series "Fortune de France," "La Fille de Dartagnan," and more.
For entertainment, there are numerous evening events at the Château de Biron, including farmers' markets and village festivals. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding, or explore the fortified towns of Monpazier and Villeréal.
