Description:

Description for B&B:

In 1974, we purchased a house that had been a complete ruin since the time of Louis XIV. Over the course of 30 years, we dedicated ourselves to its restoration, pouring in hard work and courage to transform it into what it is today. Our efforts have been recognized by the esteemed "Gites de France," and we proudly hold a "3 epis de charme" rating.

We come highly recommended by various reputable sources, including "Rivages des Maison dhôtes de charme," "Le guide du Routard Provence," "Le guide Gantié," "Le petit Futé," and even the prestigious English guide "Allastair Sawdays Special places to Stay" and "Mountains of Europe."

During the summer months, we offer a barbecue for your enjoyment. Additionally, we have the capacity to provide meals for more than 10 people, excluding July and August. Please inquire for further details. Whether you're planning a family gathering, a business meeting, or engaging in sports activities with friends, our accommodation can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people.

Directions

If you are coming from the north, specifically Grenoble, you should head towards Gap using either the N85 or N94 route. From Gap, continue in the direction of Barcelonnette, and it will take approximately one hour to reach our house.

For those coming from the south, such as Aix, Sisteron, or Tallard, once you exit the A51 motorway, it will take around 45 minutes to reach our house.

To reach our house, take the D900 Gap-Barcelonnette road. After traveling for 10 km from Lauzet-Ubaye, you will pass "la frésquiere." Do not turn right towards Méolans village; instead, continue on the D900 for another 500 meters and then turn left towards "les Means."
