This detached house is perfect for a small family of 3 and a baby. It is conveniently located just 3 km away from all shops, and offers a range of outdoor activities including a swimming pool, riding stables, and a tennis court. Additionally, there is a theme park only 10 minutes away. If you're looking for some beach time, the nearest beaches of Concarneau and Concarneau are just a 20-minute drive, while Quimper can be reached in 10 minutes, and Pont-Aven in 20 minutes.The accommodation itself consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is a cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a cot for the baby, as well as a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed. Outside, you will find a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is also a spacious playground with swings, a football goal, and a bowling alley for some outdoor fun.

Directions
To get to Ellie from Lorient in the east, take the Kerampaou RN165 expressway towards ROSPORDEN. Once in ROSPORDEN, head towards Ellie. When you reach Ellie, make a right turn at the SPAR shop and continue towards Tourc'h. After approximately 3 km, you will see a yellow sign that says "Penfoennec-Huella". Take a right turn at that sign.
If you are coming from the north, specifically from Saint-Brieuc, follow the directions towards ROSTRENEN and GOURIN, ROUDOUALLEC, CORAY. When you reach Coray, look out for a traffic light and make a left turn. Keep going straight until you reach Tourc'h. Once you are in Tourc'h, go past the church and take the first road on your right that leads to Ellie. Drive for about 4 to 5 km, then turn right towards Ellie. Finally, take the first left to reach Penfoennec.
