Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis! This air-conditioned apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and spans across 58 square meters. Located just 50 meters from the beach, it offers convenience and a breathtaking view. The city center and port are only a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment features large windows in every room, all of which open up to a spacious 40 square meter balcony equipped with electric blinds. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and Cap Canaille while indulging in meals or sunbathing on our provided sun loungers.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa that can also be converted into a bed for two. The room is furnished with three nesting tables, four chairs, a color TV, and a library for your entertainment. The large bedroom is equipped with a cozy 140cm bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with a chair, and a three-door wardrobe (one with a mirror). A wooden chair and a cot are also available.

For your convenience, all windows and windows are fitted with electric shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with six essential kitchen items, a table with four chairs, a dishwasher, eight cutlery sets, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom features a shower with cabin windows, a sink with a two-door, three-drawer cabinet and mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, we offer a garage for your vehicle and linen rental upon request. The minimum rental period is one week, with rates ranging from 550 to 900.
