This charming cottage is located in a joint property with two other houses, offering a total of 110m² of living space spread over two floors. Overlooking the picturesque Loue River, which flows through Ornans, this house can accommodate up to 6 guests.Access to the house is through a separate entrance, reached via 8 exterior stairs. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and welcoming hall. The kitchen opens onto a balcony, providing a lovely view, while the living room also opens onto a balcony and terrace, complete with a cozy wood stove and a comfortable sofa bed for two.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements: one room with a king-size bed (1.60m), another with a queen-size bed (1.40m), and a third with two single beds (0.90m) – plus a baby cot for families traveling with an infant. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and make use of the barbecue for some delicious outdoor meals. Bed linen is provided, and maid service is available upon request. Pets are also welcome.
The location of this cottage is truly exceptional, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Loue Valley. From here, you can admire the magnificent view over the Loue River. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
