Characteristics:We are delighted to welcome you to our charming house, conveniently located near Sartene (3.5 Km). Our traditional Corsican granite house offers stunning views of the sea and is nestled on the mountainside amidst terraces of olive trees and cork oak trees. Set on a peaceful 30-acre property, it is the perfect place to relax and explore the entire South Corsica region.
We provide three spacious bedrooms, offering double or twin beds (two of which are extra-large). Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, TV-DVD, and WIFI access. Our accommodation is proudly awarded the "Fleurs de Soleil" quality label.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
On-site activities include hiking, with opportunities for scenic walks, treks, and botanic excursions. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy various activities such as tennis (10 minutes away), water sports, diving, and beaches (20 minutes away), golfing (90 minutes away), canyoning and kayaking (30 minutes away), as well as fishing and hunting (15 minutes away). Additionally, the entirety of South Corsica is at your fingertips for exploring!
To find us, simply turn left out of the Church Square in Sartene, just after the LCL bank (Crédit Lyonnais). After 500 meters, take the right-hand fork towards Granace and continue for 3 kilometers (2 miles). You will find our gated track, "Croccano," on the left.

Experience a tranquil stay in our charming weekly rental cottage, known as "The House of the Shepherd." Nestled amidst the serene ambiance of a shaded woodland area, this delightful stone house spans approximately 25 m2 (or 270 ft2) and offers every modern comfort. Equipped with a fully-furnished studio that includes a well-equipped kitchen and a pristine shower room with toilets, our cottage also boasts air conditioning for optimal temperature control, ensuring your utmost comfort. Relax in the cozy and comfortable bedding while enjoying your favorite shows on the television. Step outside onto the inviting covered terrace, perfect for unwinding in the fresh air, and take pleasure in the lush garden surroundings. Additionally, our private parking area provides convenience and peace of mind. With sleeping arrangements for up to four guests, the cottage features a spacious 160 cm bed and two bunk beds measuring 80 cm each.Reviews

Directions
To locate us, follow these directions: Depart from Church Square in Sartène, taking a left turn. Shortly after passing the LCL bank (Crédit Lyonnais), take a right turn onto the fork leading to Granace. Keep driving for approximately 3 kilometers (or 2 miles) until you spot a gated track named "Croccano" on your left.
