Welcome to The Garden House! This charming property offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to four guests.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area complete with a fully equipped corner kitchen and dining area. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a large bathroom featuring an open shower unit.
Heading upstairs, you will discover a lovely twin bedded room, perfect for a good night's sleep.
For your convenience, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the garage.
The location of The Garden House is ideal for those seeking an active holiday. The Suisse Normande, known for its picturesque hills, gorges, and rivers, offers a range of activities such as walking, fishing, climbing, and canoeing. Additionally, there are miles of safe and diverse cycling tracks, making it the perfect destination for mountain biking enthusiasts.
If you prefer a more relaxing experience, the area exudes peace and tranquility, and there are plenty of leisure and recreational facilities to enjoy. We provide a comprehensive folder full of brochures in the gite, giving you all the information you need to make the most of your stay. Whether you're interested in fishing, walking, canoeing, rock climbing, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, or golf, there is something for everyone.
The Garden House is also conveniently located near several popular attractions. Within a 45-minute drive, you can visit Caen with its historic buildings and the Normandy landing beaches, as well as Bayeux with its famous tapestry. If you're interested in history, Falaise, the birthplace of Guillaume the conqueror, is just half an hour away by car. Additionally, the charming town of Clécy, known as the Capital of the Suisse Normande, is less than two miles down the road and offers a delightful town square, numerous riverside restaurants, and quaint bars and cafes.

Please note that the changeover day is usually Saturday, but we can accommodate other days upon request. Weekends and mid-week stays are also possible, and electricity is included in the price. All rooms are equipped with electric convector heaters for your comfort.

The property is conveniently located within a 45-minute drive from the Ouistreham ferry terminal. Additionally, it is approximately 1 hour away from The Havre ferry terminal and 2 hours away from Cherbourg. If you plan to visit Dieppe, it will take you around 2 hours and 45 minutes by car, while Paris is approximately a 3-hour drive from the property.
