This charming house is situated in an ideal location, right on the bay of Cancale and Mont St Michel, just 400 meters from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet dead-end street with no overlooking neighbors, it offers the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Conveniently, there are shops within a short distance of only 300 meters, including a grocery store, pharmacy, butcher, four restaurants, a bakery, and a bar tobacco.This house is particularly suitable for families with children, as it is fully equipped with everything you need for your little ones, including a baby bed, bath, changing table, and toys. Additionally, we provide seven bikes for both adults and children to explore the surrounding area.
The layout of the house is spacious and well-designed. On the ground floor, there is a large living area of 90 square meters, featuring a beautiful granite fireplace, a dining room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms, one of which includes a TV and DVD player, a large bathroom, and another separate toilet.
This rental offers comfort and tranquility in a picturesque location between Cancale and Mont St Michel, along the breathtaking coastline. Please note that pets are not allowed. The price for renting this house ranges from 450 Euros to 1000 Euros per week, depending on the season and the number of people. Weekend and extended weekend options are also available. Additionally, we offer packages for household linen at an additional cost.
